About BKC Grounds
Spread out over a mammoth 1.84 lakh sq metres, the BKC grounds are popular for large-scale exhibitions, events and concerts. The venue has 42 event areas/grounds in total, with an average capacity of 10,000 per ground. Clients are required to arrange their own catering, decorating and sound services.
Clients are required to provide a Rs. 5,618 booking deposit to forward the request; this fee is non-refundable. An approval letter is issued within 7 days, after which 50% rent plus 50% security deposit is to be paid, along with 100% service tax within 10 days. The remainder of the rent plus 50% of the security deposit (security deposit is 75% of the total rent) must be cleared 10 days prior to the event date for confirmation of booking to be processed.
