Extremely unprofessional. A cheater. Never hire him

We had hired a service from Red Rose Production (Director: Bunny Roy) for the photography and video coverage of the 1st birthday of our daughter on 8th Dec 2019. He had taken the entire payment of around 15000- 17000 INR from us in lieu of providing us with video and photo album for the event. Its been 1 year to d event, he has not yet provided us with the album. 1st of all he wasn't in touch with us as he went to mumbai and didnt respond to our calls and messages, Secondly, despite giving him repeated reminders he had given us the video last week only which still requires editing. Everytime upon urging him to provide the album, he postpone it for a week or so and doesn't revert back or doesn't takes our call and neither return our money

Appeared to me at first as professional , but the person is highly unprofessional in conduct. I hired him for my engagement function on 12th Dec 2018 in Delhi and can anyone imagine I do not have a single photograph of that event. Simply the person broke the trust. He asked me to pay the entire amount same day, which I did. But he didn't forwarded me my photographs till today. After repeated msgs and requests, he has not taken pains to respond. My album work is going on and i have msgd him atleast 10 times but he has not provided my photographs. I haVe been cheated . Do not ever book this person for your personal functions otherwise your money will be a total loss. I am again saying., DO NOT HIRE. Presently he has gone to Mumbai and is making excuses every time. . Such cheaters should not get recommended from your website ..

Birthday party

Working with red rose production has been a delightful experience. The photography was just wonderful for both candid and still. The team interacted with us before the final event to understand what exactly are we looking for. The pictures and the albums were delivered on time. So all in all we are fully satisfied customers. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.
