Extremely disappointed with this photography service. Despite repeatedly requesting an experienced photographer, they sent someone who clearly lacked even the basic understanding of event photography. Important moments and areas were completely missed the dining area and guests seated there were not photographed at all, even though it was a well-planned, well-lit venue that ended up looking dark and lifeless in the pictures. This was not the first time; after a poor experience earlier, I was assured things would be handled better this time they were not. The photos lack any wow factor and have permanently ruined precious family moments that cannot be recreated. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the team offered absurd excuses, implying that the host should guide the photographer during the event which defeats the entire purpose of hiring professionals. Once moments are lost, no explanation can bring them back. After multiple chances and broken assurances, I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with important events.

My special thanks to Phometo. Had a incredible experience with phometo in our maternity photoshoot. Our assigned photographer Rahul was very much intuitive and very involving during the entire photoshoot. He had all the props, dolls etc and had a very good idea of the poses required for a some excellent and wonderful pictures. I highly recommend Rahul and phometo for anyone who is looking for any outdoor photoshoot. Even the post processed pictures came out very well. Phometo good job
