5 Detox Drinks for Ultimate Bridal Fitness and Health
Initially, when we were bombarded with the words- quinoa, flax seeds, oats, vegetable smoothies, it all seemed like Greek and Latin to us. Terms like cleansing, detox, Keto diets, etc, weren’t part of our vocabulary. However, the trends have changed, and people have soon come to realise that paying close to attention to health isn’t a fad, but rather a necessity.
Detoxing has taken the basic fitness routine by storm and is a must-have especially for those who live in urban areas- a relatively more toxic environment.
