I paid 20,000 in advance for my daughters bridal makeup. Ayesha cancelled just 15 days before the wedding, then promised a refund within 30 days. Almost a year laterwith numerous followups and only vague repliesI still havent received the refund. This caused significant stress during wedding planning. I remained respectful throughout, but I'm disappointed by the unprofessional handling of this situation. I can provide screenshots of my payments and her messages if required. I hope future brides exercise caution before committing in advance.
