Harsh & Suhali Jaipur : Breaking stereotypes, this bride entered the venue on a horse and you’ve got to check out the pics!
Classy outfits, minimalistic decor and a unique, breathtaking pre-wedding shoot at Benaras- read on to know more about this destination wedding…
About the couple..
The couple came in touch with one another as part of a professional meeting and continued to remain in touch regarding work. Harsh is into making herbal extracts and Suhali runs a jewellery design house specializing in customization of gemstones jewellery.
Gradually, they started growing fond of each other and fell in love.
The Proposal..
There was no formal proposal as such, in fact Harsh proposed Suhali in a rather peculiar way. He rang her up at 6am one morning and proposed in three bullet points:
-I like you.
-I really love your parents and want them to be mine too.
-I have the capability and patience to take care of you.
The Wedding Festivities..
“Planning for the wedding was an extremely tough job and we had to manage many props and selecting locations and arranging outfits accordingly was a task, but we enjoyed doing it.”
Pre-wedding shoot
The couple was extremely excited for their pre-wedding shoot and looked forward to it. They explored various places, but Benaras seemed the best out of all of them for a pretty, traditional and raw photoshoot! The highlight of the shoot were the aghori babas used in one of the pre-wedding clicks. However, they faced a lot of challenges in terms of searching for matching outfits and accessories.
Mehendi and Haldi
The mehendi and haldi were rather private and intimate affairs. The bride flaunted a beautiful white and rani pink lehenga with a sheer ochre veil, on her mehendi ceremony.
The haldi ceremony was filled with energy, fun and a whole lot of grooving! The bride and groom were seen twinning in mango-coloured outfits and the bride had a customized back blouse design showing off her groom’s name. The decor was subtle and minimalistic with refreshing printed drapes.
Sangeet and Wedding
The sangeet saw a whole lot of dance performances, dazzling outfits and clicks against the couple’s stunning wedding hashtag!
For the wedding, the bride ditched stereotypes and reached the wedding venue on a horse, alongside her groom. It was a delight to the eyes!! The bride had adorned a traditional orange lehenga, while the groom flaunted a beige and gold embroidered sherwani.
About the photographer..
“They are very warm people and extremely co-operative. Their team had a good sense of shoots and locations. Overall, it was a fun and productive experience! I would strongly recommend Happy Flashbacks because these guys make beautiful stories and they make them look straight out of a fairytale. Our pre-wedding shoot was the BEST we could get!”
