Wedding photography

Worst Experience ever. Very unprofessional people. A guy called Amit from Arcus photography took responsibility for a wedding reception. He got my contact from canvera. He took 20% advance amount from me before the event and 70% amount on the day of the event. After the event on 4th February 2018, he's not receiving our calls neither replying to our messages. It's been 1yr he's not replying neither giving us our photos, videos and album as discussed. He changed his address. We paid for photography but never got photos. They're very unprofessional.
