Arjun & Heena Delhi : Model Heena Bhalla’s contemporary bridal look is going to be a major inspiration this season!

Heena Bhalla tied the knot to the love of her life, Arjun Mehra in an intimate wedding ceremony held at Hotel Vista, Delhi. The bride wow-ed us with her minimal look and pastel shaded lehenga! Through the Barrel captured every element of the wedding from the decor to the emotions and made our hearts warm with joy!

The Love Story..

Heena and Arjun met through a mutual friend. According to Heena, Arjun saw her and felt a tug at his heart strings. She quips that he chased her and won her over with his chivalry and kindness. For Heena, he is a friend, boyfriend, husband, lover, family and her world! Surely, Mehra ka Bhalla ho gaya!

The Wedding..

Heena and Arjun wanted an intimate, vibrant and classy wedding. Their wedding was like a party that lasted till the wee hours of the morning. Love, laughter and togetherness were the highlights of their wedding saga. We asked Heena about the one thing that she wanted at her wedding and she said, “We wanted our close family and friends to have a complete blast with cocktails and music. The essence of our wedding apart from the decor and music, was the vibe which was elevated because of our friends and family being a part of it, losing themselves in celebrating our togetherness!”

The couple decided to have only 2 wedding functions- the mehendi cum sangeet and the wedding. The Bhallas and the Mehras hosted sun-downers on both the days and had an absolute blast on both the days! The mehendi function was fun and vibrant with lots of neon colours and light bulbs lighting up the  place. Bang in the middle of the venue was an island bar so that guests have easy access to the alcohol! Mimosas and beers were at an arm’s distance! Tasteful tassels, genda phool cones and pom poms were highlights of the mehendi decor.

The wedding decor was all about peaches, whites and pinks. Heena and Arjun wished for subtlety with a dash of punk so they chose shades of pastel and whites with bold prints all over. White lilies and peach flowers added a bit of a sophisticated touch to the entire decor, while mason jars and chalkboard messages added the  funky element.

Heena Bhalla’s choice of outfit and her minimal bridal look bowled us over. She wore a shaded pastel lehenga from Asiana Couture, Chandni Chowk. To compliment her pastel look she wore light pink juttis from Needle Dust that ensured her utmost comfort. Her unique jewellery was personally designed by Shri Hari Diagems by Anirudh and were an exact replica of what she had always wished for! Our love for minimal brides is no secret and Heena Bhalla just increases our love for them!
