Sushil & Jyotika Goa : A Goa destination Wedding filled with some Magical Aqua Fun

What’s a wedding in Goa without some sun drenched, water soaked fun! Sushil and Jyotika made the most of what Goa has to offer by planning a super fun, day time pre wedding function by the resort pool where the young and old and everyone in between let their hair down and their clothes wet. Gaming tables, coordinated Superman T shirts for the boys and lotsa dunkin and water play made for some brilliant moments captured beautifully by the adept team at Fotographia 9. What a wonderful icebreaker activity between the two families – perfect for a beach side destination wedding.

When initial events at the wedding set the mood for some serious fun and frolic, the rest of the wedding functions follow suit. The Casino Royale themed day A Goa destination Wedding filled with some Magical Aqua Funtime pre wedding function was another vibrant celebration. Jyotika looked resplendent in a bright canary yellow and pink ombre saree with an aqua scalloped lace blouse. She was casual and right on trend with the scalloped detailing on her blouse and saree. What stood out was her set of floral jewellery complete with maangtika, hathphool, kamarband, bracelets, earrings and a necklace. We can’t stop drooling over her intricate bridal mehendi – one of the best we’ve seen so far. Sushil matched up perfectly with a multicolored over a casual off white kurta and jeans.

The indoor engagement ceremony was a classy affair with both Sushil and Jyotika looking like a million bucks. Jyotika walked down a sweeping flight of steps, reminiscent of old Hollywood movies dressed in a sheer, pale aqua, tiered bridal gown with a gold sequinned bodice and gold trimmings. Her gorgeous bridal updo with a hair band, make up and jewellery completed her diva-esque look. Sushil looked dapper in a black tux and bowtie paired with a crisp white button down.

The sangeet was a song and dance celebration with accompanying professional dancing troupes. Jyotika aced the sangeet look in a beautiful sheer, pearl pink lehenga with a gold and green border paired with a long green gold embroidered, mirror work jacket. She kept her hair down and styled in beachy curls. Her gorgeous diamond and precious stone jewellery was the perfect bling addition to complete her look. Sushil looked like a star in his navy blue damask bandhgala with maroon collar and button details and a matching pocket square.

Moving on to the wedding, another gorgeous celebration – Jyotika chose to go traditional with her red and gold bridal lehenga but the real show stopper was her diamond bridal necklace. The handsome groom gave stiff competition to our lovely bride in his gold brocade sherwani and an embellished maroon safa to match.
