Anushree Reddy’s New Bridal Collection Features Nargis Fakhri And It Is So Damn Gorg! (Lakme Fashion Week W/F 2017)

Queen of pastels and candy colours, Anushree Reddy showcased her latest collection at Lakme Fashion Week W/F 2017. The colour palette was as expected, ranging from pastel pink and sea blue to light orange and bright yellow to rani pink and royal blue. Sparkling silver accompanied the garments to balance it out.

The silhouettes were more or less mainstream ethnic, though with contemporary hints of cape-blouses, creative drapes, off-shoulder necklines and tulle-skirts as lehengas. Delicate fabrics like handwoven silk, organza and mul mul were brought to life with shimmery embroidery and floral prints.   

Nargis Fakhri walked the ramp as the showstopper, beautifully concluding the collection in a lemon yellow lehenga with a slight neon touch accompanied by a sparkling silver blouse and pastel pink dupatta. A no-fuss yet statement neckpiece completed her look.
