Grooms Aditya and Amit Painted NYC Red with their Breathtaking Wedding

This couple wanted a one-of-a-kind wedding affair. Their ceremony witnessed minimalistic decor, stunning outfits, and enviable chemistry. Although the functions were intimate and restricted to close friends and family, the attention to detail, the vibrant colours and the selection of outfits, made these wedding pictures viral over the internet for all the right reasons!

Aditya Madiraju and Amit Shah tied the knot in a small ceremony back in 2018 at New York City, however, they decided to celebrate their wedding with grandiosity by including their family and friends and having a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony this year in July.

On July 18th, the couple hosted a simple mehendi ceremony in their backyard followed by a wedding the other day. On 20th July, they hosted a reception at Pondicheri cafe.

Mehendi ceremony

The cute couple kicked off their wedding functions with a mehendi ceremony, for which they wore stunning black and yummy powder blue asymmetrical kurtas.

The function saw minimalistic decor with marigolds and bulbs, and casual seating arrangement. Both the grooms had their families and friends by their side for the function. It was an intimate, cozy and fun affair.

Wedding ceremony

For the wedding ceremony, the grooms donned pastel outfits by ace designer, Anita Dongre. Amit flaunted an ‘Abhivira Kurta’ set. This 

was a sage linen suit, with pretty printed motifs inspired by the lush gardens of Rajasthan’s palaces. The kurta had a mandarin collar, full sleeves, and also an open bandi to go with it.

Aditya wore an ‘Amartya Kurta’ set, a light pink pastel suit with tiny motifs, similar to those on Amit’s kurta. Both the grooms paired their kurtas  with white trousers and pearl necklaces.

Reception

Aditya and Amit wore black shirts, black trousers and casual black jackets with tiny motifs. The grooms looked debonair and suave. The function was chilled-out, full of fun and it looked like everyone had a gala time.
