Devang & Aayushi Lucknow : Opulent sangeet, simple haldi and a traditional wedding- this couple taught us how to keep it desi!

Although the outfits undoubtedly did impress us, this wedding was more about the chemistry and the ethereal bond shared between the couple. The functions were kept minimalistic and understated and at the end of the day it was their love which shone!

The Wedding Festivities

Sangeet

The bride flaunted a sage green and silver full-length gown and the groom wore a crisp black tuxedo. The function saw a whole lot of dance performances, while the couple set the stage on fire with their latke-jhatke.

Haldi

Devang wore a simple lime-yellow kurta, while Aayushi looked stunning in a gold and off-white lehenga. The bride paired her outfit with matching floral jewellery. The ceremony saw a whole lot of fun, smearing of haldi and some drool worthy couple pictures.

Wedding

The wedding decor was traditional with oversized regal chandeliers and red drapes. Aayushi was dressed in a minimalistic red lehenga with gold embellishments. She matched this outfit with a multicolour aadh necklace, minimal maangtikka and a pair of traditional earrings. 

Devang wore an off-white and dull god sherwani, with a pearl necklace and beaded gold kalgi.
