2. Raw silk handloom lehenga:

 

 

I am glad that a lot of brides today are incorporating handloom lehengas in their wedding wardrobe and are slowly understanding the meaning of sustainable fashion! #YoGoGals!

Meghna Jhuremalani wore a brocade silk lehenga in a forest green colour, with minimal work and a slightly heavy border. Also, how cool is the signature Sabya style blouse and a white floral dupatta? Totally loving how it’s contrasting the outfit and giving it an edge.  This latest lehenga design is totally a head-turner.

 

3. The lehenga with a unique dupatta design:

 

 

I have not seen anyone wear it yet, but hey, the latest collection of Tarun Tahiliani just dropped a couple of days back. And this particular lehenga choli design – with the most unique dupatta, is expected to be a popular choice amongst all the brides in the times to come.

 

 

P.S – the Mughalesque jaada in handcrafted zardozi with tiny sew-on Swarovski gold crystals give way to a trail of Mughal chaands (crescent moon) and an illusion of a really regal bridal hairdo! *how cool is that?*

Divya is a bride who has stunned me with her outfit choices this wedding season and her mehendi outfit was def my favourite. She chose to wear a lilac Papa Don’t Preach embellished tulle lehenga skirt paired with a glass beaded cut work choli and looked stunning.

 

 

For all you brides-to-be, who are looking for a little quirk in their wedding outfits this wedding season, I say definitely take cues from this latest lehenga design! *It’s worth it!*

 

 

5. An ivory lehenga with muted tones of gold:

 

 

Totally crushing over this ivory lehenga with muted tones of gold on it. What’s more stunning is the pop-of-colour brought by the pink motifs on the dupatta.

This bride opted to wear an ice blue pleated Anita Dongre lehenga skirt paired which gave some major fairytale vibes. She paired it with an ivory blouse with similar floral work on the lehenga-choli.

I am in love with this bride who has opted for a pastel pink monochromatic lehenga with golden work on it!

Shweta Tripathi wanted to wear a bridal lehenga like never-made before and Shubhika from Papa Don’t Preach ensued just that!

 

This latest lehenga design comprises of a fuschia lehenga skirt paired with ivory choli and sheer teal dupatta. What caught my attention the most is the pop-of-color brought to the outfit by the quirky embroidery.

It’s been raining purple this wedding season and I for one in love with this bride’s all purple simple lehenga design.

Ravneet opted to wear a all-purple lehenga with muted tones of white with golden border on the dupatta!

 

15. The banarasi lehengas:

 

 

This Indian wedding season is also seeing a lot of brides opting for Banarasi lehengas and the fascination to this fabric is totally understandable. They are very light and flowy, which makes it suitable for all seasons.
