Aagam & Drasti Mumbai : This NSCI Mumbai wedding with a Sabyasachi bride is as serene and elegant as it can be!

Aagam and Drasti just got hitched in a marvelous wedding at National Sports Club of India, Mumbai. Planned by Reet Entertainment, this wedding found the perfect venue in the sprawling grounds of NSCI, accompanied by their high ceiling halls, fit for a queen! The Proposal:

Drasti, a physiotherapist, claims that their love story was a peaceful journey, without drama, and almost like the reconnecting of two old souls.

We have been friends since 20 years but never dated. We had a meeting arranged by a common friend. We met 3-4 times before we decided to go forward. 

"Our families had arranged a party for us. And our bhabhi asked Aagam if he wants to ask me anything. He went down on his knees and I knew it was coming. He asked if I would marry him , I couldn't wait to say "yes". He put a bright shining huge diamond on my finger" gushes Drasti, the bride

Planning the wedding:

The wedding was planned and executed by Reet  Entertainment, turned their every dream into reality by planning and executing an extravagant 3 day wedding for them, exactly the way the adorable couple wanted it. Spanning across 3 days, accompanied by closest of friends and family, Drashti and Agam embarked on a new journey together. For the wedding, the team tells us, "The big day had arrived for Agam and Drashti! Baraat was a fun affair with DJs, dhols and dancers adding an ethnic touch to the procession. The beautifully done up décor only added magic to the whole night. Décor was customized to reflect the likes of Agam and Drashti! The Wedding ceremony was a surreal affair where two lovers promised their love for each other as floral showers and firecracker works made the whole experience, truly a memorable one."

Mehndi and Sangeet:

Team Reet says "Mehendi ceremony and dinner was a grand affair with fun music and performances entertaining the guests. Mehendi ceremony and dinner which was a grand affair with fun music and performances entertaining the guests"

Choosing the looks:

Drasti, being specific about her looks adviced us, "I wanted to keep different looks for all the functions. I had booked all different make up artists. 

For the Sangeet I wore royal blue and marsala red gown from Jade. It gave the perfect look for a Sangeet at NCPA ( auditorium feel) . my hair and make up was done by Recinda Martis. She did an excellent job, the messy bun with smoky eyes which went really good with the outfit.

For the wedding I wore the red lehenga from the bridal collection by Sabyasachi. I always wanted to wear Sabyasachi lehenga for my wedding since the day it got fixed. I love all his outfits.

My make up and hair was done by Sharad Nagar. I think no one could have done a better job. It was so natural and subtle. It made me look like the perfect Indian bride.

I had seen both the make artists work at my friends wedding and I really liked their work. From the long list of names I came down to these and Im so happy I all worked out well."
