Your wedding day is approaching and you are sweating beads. Will all the functions go alright? Will everyone like them? Will there be any wardrobe malfunctions? 1. Orange 

Orange is a powerhouse of vitamin C which is quite helpful in combating stress. You can gulp some orange juice if you don’t like eating the fruit.

2. Chocolate

If a child is crying, he/she is usually given chocolate to hush them. Chocolate, especially dark chocolate can do wonders for your stress. It reduces cortisol- a hormone that causes stress.

3. Strawberry

8. Ginger

No one fancies nibbling on ginger due to its eccentric taste. Ginger has been used for healing in ayurveda since ages. It helps to counter-attack the harmful chemicals that our body produces when stressed.

9. Banana

Banana is rich in potassium and carbohydrates which will help your body to combat stress.

10. Apple

An apple a day might not keep a doctor away, but it will definitely keep stress away! Apple contains phosphorus and helps to reduce oxidative stress.
