This Palace Will Turn Your Pre-wedding Into A Fairy-Tale!
Almost every little girl’s vision of her dream wedding comes from fairy tales, and this couple’s pre-wedding shoot proves that fairytales do come true! Destiny brought together Nabila and Mustakeen through their parents and just like in a fairytale, they instantly fell in love with each other.
Every love story deserves to be captured with beautiful, dreamy and romantic pictures, and what could be more magical than a pre-wedding at a palace? Of course with the right clothes, location, lighting, a prince charming and a brilliant photographer, Nabila’s vision was turned into reality.
Here’s the bride-to-be Nabila sharing her love story and some highlights from their magic-esq photoshoot:
Proposal:
“There was never a formal proposal but our families approved of the union the first time we met and it was decided then. We got engaged a month later in a grand ring ceremony at the ITC Maratha, Mumbai.”
How we met:
“It doesn’t look like it, but we did meet in an arranged marriage setup. Things just fell into place and it’s like it was destined to be. It seemed to happen very quickly but everything has been wonderful since we met.”
Pre-Wedding Shoot:
“We’ve always loved the Taj Falaknuma Palace property but the photoshoot was a spontaneous plan. We got in touch with the hotel officials to fulfill all the pre-wedding shoot requirements and also stayed at the property for two days! The hotel is amazing and has such a royal feel. When we weren’t shooting, we spent all our time exploring the property, dining there and having a good time!”
Theme:
“The theme for the shoot was royal heritage, hence the flowing gowns and tuxedo. We wanted a crisp and classy set of images with nothing cheesy at all. It was an amazing experience, one every couple must do before their wedding. It helped me connect and be comfortable with Mustakeen and we had a blast. Getting comfortable with each other and experiencing love was important and it came easily to us on this day.”
