This Scintillating Nautical-themed decor will make you high on Vitamin Sea!

In many of my blogs I cover different facets of wedding decor, from chair decor to ceiling decor ideas and from the wedding mandap to the reception stage. But this decor didn’t take more than a few nanoseconds to flatter me. It is original, refreshing, chic, elegant and lives up truly to the theme. From the little details to the large elements, everything about this nautical-themed wedding brunch was par excellence! Kudos to the amazing decorators, Altair, for pulling it off brilliantly.

The different hues of blue, the cute little blossoms, the vintage elements and the sea-themed aspects are noteworthy. Be it the large flamingos at the entrance or the whimsical table centerpieces, the terrariums or the miniature paper sailboats, all are ought to get your attention instantly! At one point I sat staring at my laptop screen, awestruck and totally inspired. That’s when I decided this has to be shared with all of y’all as well.

So, it’s time to dive into this sea-themed perfection:

1. Whimsical welcoming signage

Who wouldn’t want to attend something that has such an inviting welcome signage?

I personally love the upturned boat, the safeguard ring and the messily placed corals and starfish.

2. Say cheese!

Or Perhaps Seaaaaa…

Can a photo booth get any cooler??

A boat with the couple’s name painted on it, a pair of oars, safeguard rings and a gigantic blue starfish- all against a sea blue backdrop. TOTALLY LOVE IT!!!

3. Baar Bar Dekho!

Yes, that’s right, you will end up getting high on the decor and not on what’s served to you at the bar. Because, this vintage bar setup is outright gorgeous- a beautiful cart, tiny flower pots matching the decor and lanterns. So cosy and chic!!!

4. Seating arrangement

Definitely not the most conventional seating arrangement we have seen on a wedding brunch! Sofas arranged in a semi-circular manner and cushions boasting of different nautical motifs- knots, sailboats, compass and anchor.

5. Ceiling decor inspiration

Knotted ropes and terrarium hangings- this ceiling decor is inspiration for a rather Bohemian-styled decor and adds to the nautical vibe!

6. Table setup

Beautiful and dainty blue vases with white blossoms to complement the sea-theme, anchors, miniature ships and nets, sit atop a table which is almost resembling the shape of a boat!

Not to miss the finer elements on the table, like the vintage lanterns and colourful starfish.

7. Cute and chic

I am suuuuper duuuuuper impressed with the attention to detailing when it comes to acing this decor and nailing this theme! The plates with blue rims, the blue and sea green table linen, small starfish as table decor and the beautiful vases and lanterns have totally upped the decor game.

But what has stolen my heart the most is the tiny red boat-shaped handkerchiefs. I am WOW-ED!!

8. Entrance elements

The entrance towards the nautical-themed lunch was decorated with large vibrant flamingos and huge blue seashells.
