Vibrant Beach Destination Wedding Held in Thailand

This adorable couple met each at college in 2004 and being such different individuals, never dreamed that they’d end up together all those years down the line.
They dated for 10 years prior to the wedding and of course, the journey had more than its fair share of ups and downs but their love for each other managed to work its way through. Savina moved to Canada for her postgrad and Jagmeet followed her there for the same reason. After spending a decade of getting to know each other, they knew it was meant to be and decided to tie the knot this summer 2016.

This wedding at JW Marriott, Khao Lake, Thailand blew us away with all its colour and energy. The scenic blue waters added the perfect balance to the event. Take cues from all the pinterest-worthy decor! We also loved Savina’s neutral wedding outfit with a burst of orange.

VIBRANT MEHNDI FUNCTION

The Mehndi was a fun event that included a pool party and a game of water polo as well. Savina wore pretty pastel shades of pink and yellow accessorizing with diamond-pearl jewellery and light make up. Jagmeet complimented her outfit by wearing a yellow kurta set and golden juttis.
The décor was vibrant and bright with pops of orange and pink origami designs and seating arrangements.

SCENIC BEACH WEDDING

The couple wanted an intimate destination wedding at a beach JW Marriott in Thailand gave the exactly that. Everything was exactly as they wanted and it was a vacation/party more than a formal wedding event for all their close friends and family who came from different parts of the world to celebrate the special day. 
Savina looked simply gorgeous in a neutral-gold lehenga with a bright orange pallu which she paired with stunningly sparkling Kundan jewellery set. Her better half once again colour co-ordinated in a matching sherwani with an orange pagdi adorned with pearls.

They planned the wedding themselves and had Eventage, Thailand execute it. Rajan and Zaffar from the events team at the hotel were exceptional in helping them coordinate everything locally and Chef Jay (Executive chef) planned an exceptional menu that had something for everyone and the food was loved by every person who was at the wedding.
