Divyesh & Aanchal Mumbai : Cross-Cultural Wedding with Heaps of Love Flowing Around
Boy meets girl, they fall in love and then live happily ever after – we thought this was only possible in fairytales, but turns out in the middle of ordinary life, something magical happened to Divyesh and Aanchal. A friendship that developed into love saat samundar paar in the US where these two were pursuing their higher education. When you see these pictures brilliantly shot by Israni Photography, the blatant happiness and love at this celebration will hit you right through your computer screen. We guarantee.
In this full-blown celebration where Punjabi meets Gujarati – two cultures with their distinct taste, traditions and rituals came together as Divyesh and Aanchal tied the knot the Big Fat Indian way!
They used gorgeous Kalira hanging as decor for their all gold and red, dome-styled wedding mandap which had stunning floral tie-backs and clustered fresh flowers bordering the mandap. The floral canopy A.K.A bridal chaddar had white jasmine strings, red roses and gold ornaments. Even Aanchal’s bridal lehenga-choli was all red and gold with minimal yet stylish accents of teal and pink along the dupatta and the border of her widely flared kalidar beauty. Her handsome groom, Divyesh looked oh-so-dapper in his off-white sherwani that had bronze-tinted resham work over the shoulders and sleeves – definitely trendsetting we think!
If you’re looking to do your wedding with utmost class, style and a dash of traditional, then this wedding is all the inspiration you need!
