Vikram & Gayatri Delhi : The celebrations lasted for almost a week, with each event taking place in a new venue.
Gayatri and Vikram's wedding is certainly one of the best weddings we've come across. The celebrations lasted for almost a week, with each event taking place in a new venue.
1. The wedding affair started with with an event called 'Youngsters' night'. The ladkiwalas called 'GAGA दा CREW' and the ladkawalas called 'VIKRAM दे VEER' drove down to a resort in Jaipur called Tree House Resort to kickstart the celebrations. The bride-to-be wore a Payal Singhal lehenga accessorized with traditional silver jewellery from Apala by Sumit.
2. What followed was a mehndi-sangeet at the family farm house. Our lovely bride once again looked gorgeous in a light pink lehenga with muted gold embroidery by Sabyasachi which she paired with customised wedges by The Right Sided and jewellery by Navrattan Jewellers.
3. The wedding itself was a simple ceremony that took the next day at a gurudwara. Gayatri outdid herself this time in a full floor length burnt orange brocade anarkali with a burnt orange two layered net along with which she draped a beautiful red Banarasi georgette dupatta. The stunning creation was designed by her mother-in-law who is a designer.
4. The reception held at The Oberoi, Gurgaon was a fun end to the wedding journey with the bride and groom pouring shots down everyone's throats. Once again, she didn't fail to stun us in a gorgeous maroon velvet lehenga with floral embroidery by her mother-in-law and sparkling jewellery by Navrattan Jewellers.
