Rushang & Kaabia Ho Chi Minh : Kaabia Grewal’s out of the box Vietnam wedding is going to paint you in shades of jealousy!

Kaabia Grewal’s wedding has been a hot topic for discussion since quite a few months now. We speculated everything but she still managed to surprise us with her unique ideas for each and every function! The extraordinary #Kabaang wedding blew our minds and is still making jaws drop!

Their Story..

Kaabia and Rushang met at a mutual friend’s wedding. They bonded over a round of shots and could barely conceal their attraction to each other! After a whirlwind romance for 2 years, Kaabia delighted us by breaking the news of their engagement. It was a perfect set up against a serene Gurudwara. Sharing pictures of those moments on her Instagram, she said, “And this happened this Morning …. 5am. He put a ring on it! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think he would pop the question like this. The most magical moment in my life and it’s made a mark on my heart forever. Tears in my eyes, love in my heart and a blessing for life. I love you to the moon and back forever and ever!”

The Wedding..

Kaabia and Rushang chose to host their wedding at the stunning  JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa, Vietnam. The wedding festivities started with a  welcome party called the Mad Mansion Party. Futuristic bars, mirror and light installations and models dressed in dramatic gowns and feather headgears added the drama and jazz to the party. Kaabia was spotted in a sheer violet gown with oversized pink jacket while Rushang chose a simple white tuxedo.

The Mad Mansion Party was followed by a henna sundowner by the beach. Hold your horses, for this henna sundowner was anything but ordinary! The tribal theme reflected well in the decor and the outfits worn by the couple. Conch shells, coconut, head gear, fire artists and extravagant feathers were a part of the intimate sundowner. Kaabia stole the show in her black and red tribal outfit and dramatic makeup. She gave final touches to her look with the larger than life straw headgear which truly gave her the look of a Queen!

Finally the day arrived when Kaabia and Rushang would be tied in holy matrimony! For her D-day, Kaabia wore a custom white lehenga with veil made by her best friends, Shivan and Narresh. Her kaleeras caught our eye for they were made with sea shells! She made a grand entry through the sea in a boats adorned with flowers. She walked with grace towards her groom to be united with him forever and ever!
