Sheena and Siddharth just got hitched in the most beautiful wedding at Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort and Spa. Choosing the destination wedding city of Udaipur, the couple chose Radisson Blu for it's perfect blend of classic nostalgia and outdoor luxury. From a heavenly cocktail and engagement night to outdoor haldi functions, the hotel provided them with the atmosphere and look that suited the couple.

How did the proposal happen?

As Siddharth likes to say, "We knew each other for 10 years but we never met for too long. I tried every time that we met but it never stuck with her". Well, truth be told, isn't that how every Indian romance starts? Luckily for Sid, Sheena finally saw through all the attepmts! "I have absolutely no idea how we didn't end up together sooner!" gushes Sheena. However, don't they say "all's well that end's well"? That is exactly what Sid believes, "Once she was with me, all those years didn't matter. In fact, i don't think any of those years were important because when i see her now, i feel like I'm falling in love all over again, every single day. That's what matters to me"

The Mehndi Function

We, personally, are absolutely in love with the gorgeous outfits that both the bride and groom wore, twinning with each other in small ways. The Sangeet Function

The sangeet function at Radisson Blu, Udaipur was an affair to remember, with natural lighting such as candles lighting up the space. Sheena chose a gorgeous gold gown with frill cuffs, while Siddharth paired a classic bandhgala jacket with a traditional shawl. Their entry into the sangeet function at Radisson Blu, Udaipur was filled with sparklers and applause, carrying on into dancing and drinking.

The Wedding Function

Can we just start by saying how much we love Sheena's Anita Dongre outfit? The pairing of the jewellery and minimal makeup look is what we aim to see more of this year. The traditional outlook combined with bright colors and Sheena's quirky expressions is what made this wedding look stand out for us. We also love the summer wedding theme that Dream Knots has incorporated when it came to the floral ceiling and mandap decor in general.
