The Story

Pooja and Anuj tied the knot in an ethereal ceremony held at Tijara Fort in Alwar, Rajasthan. Traditional Mehendi, jazzy Sangeet and a dreamy wedding – this Shaadi is all about ‘variety being the spice of life…’

The Love story

This cute physician couple met each other through a matrimonial site. After dating each other for a while, Anuj proposed to Pooja in New York. And finally, they decided to tie the know in India, in a destination wedding. 

Wedding Festivities

Engagement and Sangeet

The couple had a jazzy sangeet ceremony. The bride wore a beautiful blue lehenga and the groom complimented her look. He wore a navy blue sherwani matching the bride’s blouse colour. The fort was decorated with flowers and fairy light for the engagement ceremony.

Wedding 

The couple tied the knot in a grand yet a traditional ceremony. What we liked the most was that the couple had their jaimala ceremony in the balcony of the fort while their relatives and other people watched them from below – very fairytale-esque moment, don’t you think? The couple colour-coordinated their outfits. The bride wore a beautiful ivory lehenga with adorned with peach floral embroidery and zardosi work and the groom wore a sherwani.
