Varun & Priyanka Phuket : Beach, besties, and a super romantic couple- this destination wedding was a memorable one!

While some Indian weddings are all about grandeur, larger-than-life decor, and scintillating outfits, this understated destination wedding proved that sometimes all you need is a beach, scenic view, friends, family and of course, a couple with an enviable chemistry!

The Wedding Festivities

The festivities kicked off with a super-romantic pre-wedding shoot, with the bride and groom dressed in casual attire. The couple was seen having the time of their life by the seashore, soaking in the mesmerizing view and some fresh air.

The mehendi ceremony saw Priyanka and Varun twinning in yellow outfits, Priyanka in an unconventional yet comfortable yellow maxi dress and Varun in a yellow kurta. Next was the haldi and chooda ceremony. This was a rather intimate and private affair with close friends and family. While Varun was seen wearing a casual T-shirt and jeans, Priyanka wore a red understated kurta and a beige dupatta with floral prints. 

For the wedding, Priyanka donned an elegant pink lehenga with gold embellishments and minimalistic jewellery. Varun wore a beige sherwani, paired with a bronze chudidaar. 

This wedding is a major inspiration for millennial couples who are seeking fun along with their nuptials.
