Raghav & Stuti Delhi : A Magical Delhi Wedding with a Bride in a Pretty Red Lehenga!

About the Couple

Stuti and Raghav’s story spans two continents. While, most relationships struggle with long-distance, they began theirs as a long-distance relationship. They were introduced through a matrimonial service. Recalling their first interaction, Stuti says, “The first time we spoke on the phone, we realized immediately that we had a lot in common. Soon, we grew very fond of each other in spite of the fact that we had never even met. We began speaking on the phone for hours at end, daily. Over the next 6 months and several trips later, we decided to spend our lives with each other.” Their common views on love, family and relationship brought them closer. 

The Wedding Festivities

Stuti and Raghav managed to pull of a grand wedding in Delhi which they planned when they were in America. They were particular about a few things like the décor and the photography, so they got deeply involved in that. 

The Cocktail Party

Stuti and Raghav clubbed the cocktail party with sagan. They chose a Moroccan theme for the night. Purple and blue lighting set the right vibes. Stuti looked stunning in an Anita Dongre gown while Raghav went for a suave look in a tux and bowtie.

The Mehendi Ceremony

For the mehendi the couple decided to go with a was Punjabi village theme. Green lawns, flowers, a rickshaw, swings and loads of colours made the place more lively! The pink lehenga paired with golden mirror work blouse worn by Stuti was the right fit for the mehendi ceremony.

The Wedding 

The wedding was quite traditional with all natural flowers – a lot of red, white and gold hues. The beautiful bride wore a traditional red Anita Dongre lehenga. On the other hand the groom donned a cream sherwani by Shantanu and Nikhil and completed his look with a red safa.
