This steamed delicacy is as healthy as it is delicious! It is best served fresh and we recommend a live counter if you are planning to serve this at your wedding. It can be tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves just before serving. You can pair it with an assortment of chutneys for various flavours. For a modern twist, steam it in cupcake pans and served with grated cheese or tartar sauce.
